Form errors fixed

   Multiple errors were fixed on the 'Story Submission' and 'Photo Submission' pages. Users were experienceing trouble using the forms because when the forms were last editied, the 'Submit' button was inadvertently hidden under the form collapse with the terms & conditions. The error has been fixed and the forms are now in their correct format, with the 'submit' button in plain view. I am sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
